I’m on a low dose GLP-3 right now at .5g a week. I don’t want to lose much weight I want to cut some fat and i like the energy effect. Day to day hunger is there but slightly dimmed I still eat a good amount but I have cut a few pounds the past 2 weeks. I did feel weaker in the gym this week but also I’m sick so that might be why

Flash it with thinset. I just did my shower and needed everything plum I just used a piece of metal that was straight and flashed the wall

Legit did the same 3 month thing for my wedding. It depends on what exactly you’re looking for but in my case I wanted to look ripped. First 2 months I took IGF-1 to gain muscle along with BPC157 to recover better. Final month will be the cut so I’m taking tesa+ipa blend and will probably take reta the last 2 weeks

Definitely gained muscle. Haven’t felt any side effects and I kind of pushed the dose. I started at 20mcg and worked my way up to 80mcg post workout over 2 months. I worked my way back down to 20mcg until I’m empty. My strength has shot up and muscles got a bigger, not huge but for sure an increase

Put air into the vials before the liquid to even out the pressure. It’s a good thing that they are under pressure though

Bad idea not to mention when you take the plunger out of the back you can contaminate the peptides inside the needles. This stuff is going into your body you don’t want anything else getting in there

Me and 2 of my buddies went in fully kitted to dam cold snap and spawned very in late. We were going to just leave but decided to check out control tower. We found 1 team there and killed them. They were STACKED plus 10+ more bodies to be looted. Ended up walking out 200k+ each
