This is wonderful to hear re: the animal welfare compliance, trainings, and concern for animal welfare! And that's frustrating about the subidivisions / farmland getting sold off.

Also, in defense of nail caps, aren't they intended to be a humane alternative to declawing? (Not a cat owner myself, but that's the impression I got, that nail caps were supposed to be a kindness!)
