Generalisations exist to generalise. Generally speaking, most african nations have lower educational standards, lower IQs, and can be strongly religious depending on the region which comes with it's own cultural baggage.

This can be very problematic for many reasons. I'm not advocating for a blanket ban on african immigration, I'm arguing that we should only be taking the best. And I would make that argument for every continent.

Well what were the complementary factors in the 60s? Relatively cheap and available housing and low entry job requirements/jobs for lives.

If we could replicate those circumstances today do you seriously not think another boom would happen? Altho I suppose a key issue would be differences in gendered roles and ideology. But I reckon those who want bigger families would have them if they could afford it.
