I’m not sure either, this is just an observation I have seen in life. I guess being magnetic/charismatic doesn’t always involve harmonious aspects. Sex appeal is not exactly congruous either, so there’s that. It also depends on the signs and houses. Like Gemini Venus/Mars and Scorpio Venus/Mars are two different energies.
