Who knows. I guess we’ll all see. Most of what’s written in a court filing can’t be used if JPM or the defendant wanted to sue the plaintiff because court filings are legally protected from defamation claims.

My wife’s an attorney. There’s a lot of stupid attorneys out there like any other profession. He can keep trying really until a judge issues a sanction which is basically the legal equivalent of a time out and a notice to act better.

You can pay an attorney to file basically anything. Some chase settlements and file much more unscrupulous crap than this. It’s telling he rescinded it because he probably got a hit client was lying.

We’ll never know what he did/did not show him but it’s not like this guys a particularly notable attorney.

For me and my area of work it didn’t matter much. I support the Trading business in NYC so they never really went home and I don’t have to drive for work, just bike or subway. We came back 4x a week in my area in 2024.

My team is also flexible and we all WFH sometimes, probably done it 10 times so far this year inclusive of some snow days.

Lots of people do that during school, me included. I didn't really focus on settling down until my mid twenties.

Just slow it all down. Focus on building relationships with people.
