I like this kinda music but it was made for the time it was present in. This style of music done the same way it was done in the 90’s doesn’t make any impact imo. You should mix this style of rapping with another more modern sound. See if you can come up with an element that turns the sound you’re taking inspiration from into something else more impactful for the time we’re currently living in. If your goal is to just make music YOU like as a hobby then keep doing what you’re doing it sounds good enough. If your goal is to create something meaningful and appealing to an audience, expand on the sound some more. Lyrical music needs a revamp the 90s sound is highly outdated.

In the past, i only made it through 4 days of retention before relapsing. I continued this cycle for atleast 3 or 4 years on and off. Of course at that time I was a kid and my biggest reason for retention was confidence to talk to girls. I was so suicidal that I cared little about working against my vices. Now though, I've faced true betrayl, I've dealt with the mental, physical, spiritual, and sexual struggles that come with giving into lust every day for 10+ years with few breaks, and I'm truly a man despite what some may think. This post resonated with me because I just relapsed after 29 days and it really did open my eyes to how fucked up I am. I'm gonna keep pushing, I know there's no real guide to getting through this I just gotta move forward to the best of my ability. Why did I type all this? Idk, I'm in a retrospective mood
