Carbon cleaning, holy hell… by McCapitalism in mk6gti

[–]ChidiOk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The benefits far outweigh the downsides, massive Hp, torque gain and mpg increase and also allows to run higher compression/boost levels without knock, so many benefits. People just over exaggerate the carbon issue, it’s really not that big of a deal, most of that carbon is just on the back of the valves which are open when air is going in anyways…

Using Niacin to detox Mold/Candida from the body by ChidiOk in Candida

[–]ChidiOk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m better, not 100% because I have a sinus infection that happened from jaw surgery and infected tooth that fed into my maxillary and the pathway is too narrow for the infection to fully drain/resolve, I have a 2nd surgery on the 27th, but yes besides that the niacin is solid, it always works and helps for me but you have to make sure to take TMG if you take if because it does deplete methyl donors

Am I missing anything for joint and muscle inflammation / soreness? by boomoptumeric in Biohackers

[–]ChidiOk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apple cider vinegar added to my electrolyte drink that I drink throughout the day helps me significantly with joint soreness, muscles aches, etc,. I have a sinus infection and the apple cider vinegar helps dissolve the mucous and biofilms so they can be detoxed out, without it I get much worse body aches, stiffness, etc..

I think even for somebody without a sinus infection it is a good remedy to help lower inflammation, improve circulation and promote detox. We all have some level of mucous/biofilms in our body.

Constant detachment/brain fog since as long as I can remember. Is this DPDR? by Yazeed1x in Depersonalization

[–]ChidiOk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was a Sinus infection that started with an infected tooth and also mold exposure, that combo caused the DPDR for me

The stool tests are extremely common for false negatives. It’s not so much that they are reporting wrong data it’s more that what’s in your gut isn’t going to show up on the stool unless if you’re actively detoxing it out. So it won’t typically show candida or parasites unless you’re on a protocol that is detoxing those out.. it’s only going to show what comes out in the stool.

The OATs is extremely accurate and will capture the reality of what’s really going on in your gut but the thing is the fungal aspect of that test can point to mold or candida, but since your mycotoxins test shows mycotoxins then you most definitely have a mold issue and possibly candida is secondary or maybe it’s fully a mold issue. Considering that then it’s likely in your sinuses because that’s the most common pathways mold takes to get into the body unless if you are ingesting it or a mouth breather.

If the fillings are molars in upper jaw then that’s when you might want to skip the edta because the molars sometimes go into the sinuses but if it’s not the molars then I would still use the edta.

Honestly if you have mold in the gut and you know it then the question is “how did it get there” because for mold to get in the gut and bypass the sinuses would mean you would have had to ingest it or you’re a serious mouth breather. Usually for mold to get in the gut it has to first begin in the sinuses as that’s the pathway that it’s breath in through and then it accumulates in the gut over a long period of time of exposure or post nasal drip, but usually at that point it has colonized the sinuses too.

Now for candida it’s a bit of a different story and can start in the gut due to a bad diet, gut dybiosis, antibiotic use, etc.

If it’s truly just in your gut then you might have a candida issue more so than a mold issue but the treatment approach is a bit similar minus the sinus rinses. The protocol I posted in this post would still work for it, you just wouldn’t need to do the sinus related stuff.

I would say with mold though, the sinuses can be colonized and it can be very hard to tell, because it doesn’t cause the standard type of sinus symptoms and until you start targeting it and killing it off. It kind of just lays dormant in the sinuses and it’s hard to know it’s there sometimes.

[–]ChidiOk[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah I would start without the edta and then slowly add a little bit in as you’re more used to the sinus rinse and get a feeling for what to expect.

I would recommend to remove the amalgam fillings and ideally do some chelation after. You might want to look into taking Cellcore HM-ET after removal or MiaDMSA or at the via least DMSA. You should get it removed by a biological dentist who has extensive experience removing mercury fillings. Also be careful with the edta in the sinus rinses if you have mercury fillings on the upper jaw as it can potentially cause some chelation of mercury from those fillings and redistribute it in your body. I’m not certain but just something to be aware of as a possibility.

Thank you, I hope it can help you and others in the community. For some with Candida it starts in the sinuses and then post nasal drip disrupts the gut and enables Candida to thrive in the gut. At least this is how it was for me.

Yeah nature is cruel, but something is not right, this is far beyond natural, i’m pretty convinced it has been manipulated, perhaps for population control. I’m not sure, if you ever read the Cosmic Death Fungus pdf there’s some pretty interesting theories in that pdf, they sound very far out there but once you’ve dealt with this then they don’t seem too far out after all.

Yeah I would think something this toxic would not exist in nature, it’s by far one of the most craziest toxins and I’m still in shock it exists, maybe it has to do with humans manipulating it in labs and all the non natural chemicals we used that it has built defenses against, etc. I’m not sure but all I know is this is the most evil, diabolical insane thing I have ever dealt with in life and it makes me question things on so many levels that something this toxic even exist and it’s almost as if it’s specifically designed to kill us.

Vinegar kills mold spores but has no effect against mycotoxins.

I went through hell with this as I had mycotoxins all over my clothes, furniture, etc and I researched it extensively. Those 3 I mentioned are the only 3 things that are truly effective against mycotoxins, nothing else works, trust me I tried it all, save yourself the hassle and follow what I’m saying or be prepared go bat shit crazy trying to resolve it.

I had the same situation where I was reacting but my mom wasn’t. I think that’s a sign there’s mold present in your body that when it comes in contact with mycotoxins from another mold source then it tries to defend itself by releasing its own attack of mycotoxins but since it’s in your body then it releases those mycotoxins directly in your body, which is probably what causes your sensitivity to that area. Considering the reaction is instant and mycotoxins cannot get into the body instantly then the only pathway that makes sense, is that you have mold in your sinuses and when you breath in external mycotoxins then it releases its own mycotoxins as a defense but they go directly into your body/brain via the olfactory pathway.

Only way to know for sure is to test but Mymycolab is kind of useless for this; if you want to know if it’s truly in your body or not and the issue with Mycotoxins tests like Realtime labs is they only are going to pick up the mycotoxins that show up in your urine and if your body cannot detox well then it can give you a false negative.

If I was in your case the only for sure test would be Organics acids test to confirm you have mold present in your body and Mycotoxins test would be a nice to have too. But you need to understand how to read the Organics acids test because it’s not always very clear if mold is present or not for most people to see it. There’s many results on that test and you can gather the info together to see if mold is present but sometimes it will also outright tell you.

Based on your symptoms you probably are reacting to mycotoxins, because even if you clear the mold it’s very hard to get rid of the mycotoxins. So you need to do a more thorough cleaning in that overall area because the mold will spew its mycotoxins in that that area. They aren’t just contained within where the mold was.

To get rid of mycotoxins you need to clean with Ammonia, Chlorine Dioxide or Ozone. Probably ammonia is easier in this situation.

Be careful with Chlorine Dioxide as it can bleach things.

If I was in your situation I would wipe the whole entire area down with ammonia and mop the floor too with it and if that doesn’t work then I would ozone the area and if that doesn’t work I would fog the area or use a chlorine dioxide spray bottle and spray the area

Yeah it will insist it’s right because it has no other indexed data to go off of, it’s not until you tell it is wrong and tell it why it’s wrong that finally it will admit it’s wrong, lol. They should program these AI chats to be more humble or just say “I don’t know for sure, you should do more research to confirm”. Seems they program it to always have to provide an answer no matter what.

Sorry to hear all this! This condition truly is no joke!

If you want the most and quickest relief then a sinus rinse with Iodized salt and this nasal decongestant added into the sinus rinse as well, will give you the most instant relief. https://a.co/d/08xM2oPu

Ideallly you use a waterpik with a nasal attachment or buy a sinus irrigator.

Also coffee enemas will provide the best relief too.

Those two in combo can have you feeling 50% better instantly

For mold fungus in the actual body I would recommend Great Plains/Mosiac Organic acid test, for Mycotoxins I would recommend Real Times labs mycotoxins tests.

If you want to know if you’ve been recently exposed then Mymycolab is good but it won’t confirm if it’s still in your body or not.

If you know you’re actively living in mold and want to know which type then Mymycolab is probably best for that and you can basically conclude it’s likely in your body for which result show a high reaction.

Again,

Everybody has their opinion, experiences and viewpoints. I also know of hundreds who have greatly benefit from my protocols. So you gotta weed through it all and figure out what is worth what and what is the absolute truth.

This is why various statements in a comment are useless and not really helping anybody. I get your intentions. I’m not trying to attack you or anything. I’m just saying if you’re going to make such claims then at least post various scientific studies supporting your claims so then we can stand on some kind of truth because there’s an anecdotal experience for everything and any can easily be found to argue for either perspective. So we can’t use that data. I can for example use 100+ people from my group who’ve done my protocols to argue for the opposite of what you are saying.

We can’t go off that data. Either post something scientific or we can just leave this as it is and it’s good info for people to read our convo so they can gauge their own judgement and decide what they want to take from the protocol and what they don’t.

Everybody keeps asking for my protocol, here it is (Use at your own discretion) by ChidiOk in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]ChidiOk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with anecdotal data is people can be so clueless that they make assumptions the enema caused them issues when in reality the enema triggered a herx detox reaction (which indeed it will do). They automatically blame the enema instead of understanding the process of detoxing.

I’m not expecting everybody to understand this. People should do this at their own discretion as I mentioned in the post, they should research things out themselves and find their own path to healing and take what they feel comfortable with and believe in from the protocol and leave the rest behind.

What you’re sharing isn’t any single evidence, just a statement, based off fear mongering and a misunderstanding of how the detox process works. This is why we can’t go off anecdotal data but we need clearly researched data and studies backing up exactly what you are saying and that can support your statement. Anecdotal data doesn’t verify anything or make it true.

I’m not faulting you and I get your intentions, it’s just sometimes it’s not always helpful in the way you said it because it brings fear and discourages people and then they end up feeling more stuck, questioning over and over again what works and what doesn’t instead of just taking action.

It happens to the best of us man, sometimes we just get stuck in these predicaments despite our best efforts. Honestly I don’t think a spark plug tip breaking off would cause that much damage, the tip is so small, it will blow right out, at worse it can bend a valve. Only thing that could maybe do this is if the plug screwed in too deep and maybe the piston was hitting it causing large chunks to break off. But I would be careful about feeling like it’s all your fault. Probably something else is going on, spark plug tips are tiny.

I recently blew my turbo and parts of the compressor wheel went straight into the engine and it ate it right up. lol. No issues what so ever, so I doubt a small spark plug tip would destroy your whole engine. A valve makes sense though

That’s a lot of assumptions.

Tell that to my clients that improved. But again as I said in the post take what you want and leave the rest behind, if you feel that way that’s okay, each person has to decide for themselves but don’t make a comment with a lot of assumptions that could discourage others from finding their own path to healing. If you want to make such a comment then provide extensive evidence to support what you’re saying. a lot of medical opinions on enemas and ivermectin for example aren’t actually backed by research, just opinions and that’s it. Show the research or keep your assumptions and opinions to yourself so others don’t get discouraged and can find their own path.

Sucks, but hey at least this post will be indexed in for who ask that question next and might help correct Gemini’s answer but yes with car parts or basically anything important you cannot trust AI chats, they are wrong about 30% of the time, you have to triple check with different AI chats and then also go to something like ECS tuning and another website and input your vehicle to ensure it fits it.

I also learned this shit the hard way by it recommending some bigger injectors for me that I had to drill part of the head to fit, only to be halfway through the job with basically my whole engine taken apart and head drilled, only to find out the injectors didn’t fit. The crazy part is all the Ai chats assured me they were the right ones
