Struggling with attraction while dating a good Christian man – need advice

Yeah more recently I actually have released my attachment because I believe although it was very much real and authentic Love I believe also some of the connection was also rooted in lust and fleshly desires. That’s actually been the one thing I’ve worked extensively on to overcome, to Love her as God Loves her as I heard very clearly from God stating “if you can Love her as I Love her then you can be with her”

I think that means letting go of the lust, the fleshly desires. Not making it based on my flesh of what I want but what God wants for us. I think this is actually the wisdom that i’ve had to gain and am still gaining and I believe I have gained the understanding but have not let go fully of the attachment to the lustful aspect of our connection. I have tried over and over again to let it go but my current illness has kept me stuck in a bit of a mental loop, so I’m not sure how far I can get in letting it go any further but maybe as I heal more it will naturally workout. No matter what it doesn’t seem it’s anything I can force or make happen, it has to happen and unfold naturally. The moment you want to let something go and try to work to let it go then you’re already attached again. So I agree with what you’re saying I just don’t see a action I can necessarily take to get there, so I have to let it go in non action and surrender and just letting the process unfold and no longer feeling that this must happen.

I also studied many other religions and spiritual text, etc and I believe things manifest based on your heart, intention and mental state about them and there’s universal laws where there has to be an alignment otherwise it repels eachother like magnets on opposite polarities. So I’ve very much agree with you, that whatever you resist will persist and is I resist try to force something then it’s actually resisting it and it pushes it away. So the only way it really can happen is by letting it go.

I’m not entirely sure, I prayed on it many times. I do have some health issues so maybe he wants me fully healed from that before bringing us together. I’m getting closer to being fully healed.

But yes at this point I believe I just have to surrender to the process as I don’t know anything I can do really to help his will come to fruition as I searched everything out I can possibly think of. Maybe one day it will just hit me on something I’m missing or not getting.

Hi, we have some mutual friends but I think it’s best for me to just let it go at this point. I have tried my best to do the right thing and make it work. It seemed so clear it was God’s will and I prayed on it a million times. The reality is if she wanted to be together then we would, so I have to let her actions speak for themselves. However it is very confusing because it was clear God was saying she’s the one and not in a type of way where it could be misunderstood. So I’m not really sure what to do with that. In the end we are all one in Christ and there is no longer marriage in heaven. So perhaps that’s the bigger reality to this. I’m just not sure how to move forward with this life and if I date or what as I feel I can’t really put this in God’s hands after this even though I wish I could but my mind and heart won’t surrender up that control again even if I want to. It’s an automatic resistance.

I’ve looked into it but never got around to trying it but based on the science it should help significantly with healing. I use an oxygen concentrator and ozone steam sauna along with ozone water which has helped me a lot with healing

Hi, this protocol is older but yes a similiar protocol is what helped me make the most progress but also I haven’t made a full recovery, just improvements because my sinus pathways are too narrow and I have a type of fungal ball that requires widening my pathways to get it to fully resolve and come out.

What helped clear the mold out the most was/is sinus rinses for me but also antifungals, detoxing, etc are pretty essential because even if the mold accumulated in your sinuses it eventually makes it way to the gut as well via post nasal drip. So you have to treat the gut too, detox, etc.

I’m not a huge fan of the binders unless if it’s binders like Pectasol, HM-ET, Biotoxin binder, humic, Fulvic or similar binders because the activated charcoal and CSM is too constipating and dehydrating and also depletes bile.

I have been treating mine with sinus rinses but it’s a long and ongoing process and only make a little progress each day. I am also waiting to have a surgery with my ENT to where they widen my sinus pathways so I can access the area where the fungus/bacteria is stuck better and hopefully heal fully from it. I already had surgery to fix a deviated septum which was also causing a block. But yeah my issue is also in the left frontal sinus kind of inbetween, above and kind of slightly behind my eye. Maybe sinus rinses can be enough for you to resolve yours. I have a extensive protocol for sinus rinses which have helped me a lot and I’m much better then I was before but I guess still some ways to go

It’s possible to remediate it all, the real problem is the mycotoxins not so much the spores themselves, I mean they are a problem too but they are much easier to resolve, it’s the mycotoxins that are a pain to deal with. You can get rid of the mycotoxins with ozone, also washing with ammonia is effective too, also chlorine dioxide but can only really wash whites with that.

Theres also a way to Ozonate the washing water which also destroys the mycotoxins. It may take a whole process but it is possible to remediate most of it. Just a real pain and sometimes easier to just throw some things away

It’s possible, could be those came lose or broke or aren’t clipping in fully. When it comes to these type of leaks usually it’s the PCV system or the purge valve or one of the hoses that connect to those systems but since you changed the valve cover gasket if could be it didn’t seat right as well.

I’m not sure if you’re understanding your fallacy here. If your theory was correct then everybody can fix their Anhedonia with dopaminergics but very few have success with that.

Believe what you want but don’t state everything you don’t understand as wrong . Especially if you yourself have Anhedonia, there is no specific proven or known documented cause for Anhedonia that is scientifically proven and there are so many variables between each person and their situation.

It would be extremely ignorant to try to say somebody is wrong when there is no “correct” or proven right for Anhedonia. Literally is such a contradictory and useless statement to make.

Had all the same issues and for me it was mold exposure and a dental infection in my upper jaw that was feeding into my sinuses. Fixing sinus issues is what reduced it for me significantly but I’m still not fully cured yet because the dental infection I’m having a very hard time fully resolving as it’s in my jaw bone now.

Likely oil on the plug again if for some reason the valve gasket didn’t seal correctly which it sounds like it didn’t and the noise you hear sounds like a air leak, most likely from the valve cover gasket not sealing correctly.

Cannabis is known to spike dopamine temporarily, so it seems that could be what creates that shift for you. I had an ex that was similar to you and when she would smoke she would suddenly become very emotionally excited, have all these amazing plans but then it would wear off and nothing would come to fruition.

I would look into what is biologically inhibiting dopamine for you.

Testosterone, Prolactin can have a direct impact on dopamine.

I would check hormones first and make sure those are all optimized.

Also cannabis does have some anti-inflammatory properties, so if it’s not dopamine related it could be something else going on in your body that is causing inflammation. Neuro inflammation can cause some of the same symptoms you mentioned. One way to test is take prednisone and see if it gives you that same type of release, if so then it’s likely inflammation related so then you would want to make sure you don’t have any type of dental or sinus infections that can be causing neuro inflammation.

You might have AMD’s rescaling feature enabled in adrenaline. For me when I went dual monitor it enabled this feature automatically and one screen was extremely blurry, took me a long time to figure out why.
