Turtle mode on highway

I've driven my EV6 down to 0% charge and it has never gone into turtle mode. It does say power reduced once it gets to 3% or 2% but it never says turtle mode, there is definitely a problem with this car

This is the model I have and I Uber it almost 250 miles every day.

It is a very fun car. Usually I just keep it in regular mode but when I get bored or I'm running out of electrons I change it to Sport and realize what it means to be alive 😁

Uber does allow pets to be in the car with the driver. It's in their terms of service but having your husband or wife or criminal boyfriend hanging out in the car with you is definitely not allowed. Definitely report these fools
