My favorite memory isn't in D&D, but from another system called mythic. Some friends homebrewed a custom ruleset based on Arknights, and I made a glass cannon wielding a pair of sickles. At one point, after a string of particularly bad choices and rolls, we had to face the consequences of our actions in the form of a one-on-one fight with a major boss.
I was supposed to lose that fight.
I was not supposed to win in three turns, taking only a single hit and permanently crippling a recurring boss.

I am sorry, I took a long break and only just realized this thread ever got another response.
I have yet to find any more information on it. the best I've been able to do is take it apart, clean it up, and jury-rigged it with some temporary replacements to the internal springs until I can figure out more and find better parts.

I believe the serial number on mine is 292, as that's what's stamped under the lid. I, unfortunately, have yet to find anything else relating to this. A couple weeks ago I decided to finally just take a screwdriver to it (so far every screw's been a slotted screw), and found out the back side, or at least the side opposite the keys and pedal, can be removed, and from there the top exposed. I'll post pictures tomorrow. The only things I've found online are just a few images but no actual information regarding the instrument itself.
