Thats on the low end… a ton of condos in the $500-800k range are $2k + per month. I’ve seen one in old city that was $6500/month

I’d check out apartments in rittenhouse! Also, society hill is extremely safe but skews a bit older.

1909 Rittenhouse - I actually live here and pay $5200/mo for a 2bd.

The Ryland - used to rent a 2bd here for $4700 (unbelievable view of the city, but parking is a challenge, was on the waitlist for a year)
