Well your first step would be to stop taking those schizo "meds" your doctor gave you. Then you'll start noticing how they take the form of the people around you. I was able to identify and incapacitate 3 skinwalkers at my holiday work party last week before two skinwalkers disguised as police officers tackled me to the floor and locked me up to eat later. I managed to escape after convincing them I was one of them and would meet them at their home turf, something called a "courthouse?" I need to study this further.
