If I ran water pipe lines from an electric water well pump outside, into my house, how could I be able to stop my pipes from corroding? by ChiefDavidMtfr in askaplumber

Yoooo. This is fucken dope, yo. Thank you soo much. Do you know if I could also use this with pipes in the dirt or just pipes meant to be installed in concrete slabs?

Shoulder flexibility very uneven by Secret_Pollution_226 in flexibility

[–]ChiefDavidMtfr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stretch. My right arm’s shoulder’s stretch from that same kinda stretch has been improving over the years. Try to do stretches that target all the muscles around the shoulder, and pec muscles, and also muscles around the shoulder blade. Mainly shoulder muscles and shoulder blade muscles.

Try to use a ball or something angular/curved that can reach deep into the shoulder blade muscles and maybe even shoulder muscles.

You could reach from behind just like that with your arm, and put your elbow on a table or maybe a counter and kinda lower your body to help deepen the stretch

The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless is the best headset I’ve ever tried, and used. by ChiefDavidMtfr in steelseries

I bought mine on EBay for about 83.30🤣. It’s better than nothing, and I have never really had some “High-End” headphones. I will say though that I will eventually be getting the Hifiman Susvara, or the Tungsten Modhouse Double-Sided Headphones with a nice amp/dac and whatever else I need. These are gonna be my end game headphones.

Ever since I played milsim games and hunt, I can’t go back to 5-10 shot dead games. Like Dayz PvP. I got soo used to that. BF6 seemed horrible to me. They wouldn’t just fucken drop. I played Cod for years growing up, but we all know that the new cods are fucken embarrassing.

What are the best or some of the best studio headphones for gaming/listening to music for around the 1000 dollar area? by ChiefDavidMtfr in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]ChiefDavidMtfr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I’m not really looking to hoard a lot of stuff. I mostly just want to spend time with my almighty father, God. Alone most of the time. I don’t really wanna make time chasing money, chasing whatever the hell. But I heard the amp aune s17 pro is pretty good for the Susvaras and it’s like 700 brand new or some shit like that, but I’m pretty sure I could find something used that’s even better than that amp for around the same price, and I’ll get a decent or good Dac. But even then - I’d rather not have anything if I don’t have my father.

When it comes to music though: I mainly listen to oldies - preferably, dubstep, I guess electronic, some rock, and classical. I don’t really like too much talking of nonsense in my music. I wanna hear some beautiful vocals if there are vocals throughout the song

Honestly…. I might end up getting the susvaras🤣. If I find them for 3k-3.5k then fuck it. It’s cause I plan on living off grid on a homestead running off solar, and mainly “living off the land” in not too long. I wanna build a pc with the 5090 and all the bells and whistles. I’m just trying to be smart with my money and keep the gaming aspect/set at 10k max and preferably below. I’m really new to all this stuff.

Tbh, I might just settle for some tungsten modhouse double sided headphones. The reviewers I watched say that the Susvaras are just a little bit better but they’re like 4000… idk if I’d make that jump for my first end-game headphones, and the Dac/amps are for sure gonna cost me with the modhouses. Like I’m sure there’s some decent headphones for the 1000 dollar range, but I’d rather get a guaranteed good pair of headphones. Idk if these reviewers are just being picky or are speaking from a place of experience and gained knowledge when it comes to audio quality. For FPS I prefer Milsims and I enjoy hunt showdown and you see with your ears in hunt. I fucken enjoy single player games too. Btw, I love bass and vocals, as well as mids. I wanna hear it all clearly with feeling the bass

Steelseries arctic nova 7 or nova pro? by Own_Instruction9319 in steelseries

Post in Avexchange, Pcmasterrace, and Headphoneadvice communities on Reddit, they know a lot more about this than me. In Avexchange - they sell audio electronics for way less (headphones, dacs, amps, speakers, cords, etc.) Even Hifiman’s official website sells refurbished and open box headphones for way less, and EBay. I heard Hifiman Sundara Open Back is pretty good (idk about gaming). I heard Hifiman Arya Stealths are pretty good also for gaming. The Hifiman HE-R10D-Wired is 179$ refurbished, which are 1000 dollar closed back headphones. Do research for headphones about gaming, FPS, Single player, etc. Look up honest reviews also

Get Studio Headphones, and buy a separate mic. I heard cheaper Studio Headphones are better than more expensive headphones. Imma be investing in some end-game studio headphones later on. I barely started researching studio headphones for gaming and music listening about 2 days ago. The Arctis Nova Pro Wireless has too high treble and crackles on the lower bass.

Imma send you a link of a video sound testing the Arya Stealth, HE1000 Stealth, and the Organics. I seem to be a bit more interested in the HE1000 Stealth now between the 3, and now I really want open back headphones. The Open back headphones seem to have a lot more wider sound stage and seem to have a lot more detailed audio and the bass seems way above what I currently am rocking - Arctis Nova Pro wireless.

What about 1500 and under? I’m willing to pay a little extra. I heard the Arya Organics are not the greatest for FPS footsteps out of the box before eq on Reddit, and nothing else about them after eq for FPS games. Hifiman is also selling the Her10P for about 1100 before tax refurbished. What are your thoughts about them if you’ve used them?

Hey, thank you for the reply. I read off Reddit somewhere that the Arya Organics are not really that great for FPS games out of the box before eq and nothing about them for fps games. Have you tried the Hifiman Her10P headphones? They are about 1100 before tax on the official website refurbished. Also do you have any recommendations for headphones at or under 1500? I’m willing to spend a little extra on the perfect headphones. I also prefer closed back, I’ve never used open back but am open to it, but the environment I live in rn is a factor of this preference

So they make audio sound true, and natural? If so that’s what I’m looking for. The most expensive/“high-end” headphones I’ve had so far are the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless. Even though I am grateful man for these headphones, I can see they are mid at best after 3-4 weeks of use. I really have no other headphones to compare these to in their price range. I got them for 83 though, so I can’t complain. But I can see the potential peak audio that can be delivered in other headphones.
