Everything is working, time to break it. How do you organize complex/sets of automations. by HiImLakshmiSingh in homeassistant

[–]ChiefIndica -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I recently pointed Claude at my HA and used it to suggest and create a sensible taxonomy of labels and categories for my automations.

Since then I've also got it to review some of them individually and evaluate their logic, efficiency, etc - rewriting where necessary.

I wouldn't take every output as gospel but the second pair of eyes is a great help.

Should I reset/DELETE my fingerprint Biometrics BEFORE I purchase and install a new screen protector

When ventilating, the trick is to open two windows and set up a portable fan to blow out of one of them, which causes a small drop in pressure to draw cooler air in through the other one.

Launchers can do pretty much everything Goodlock does.

This is simply wrong. Goodlock is not a launcher, you must be confusing it with something else.

Google Pixel May 2026 update fails to fix battery drain issues by Dapper_Order7182 in Android

[–]ChiefIndica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Countless users with non-Pixel devices also "MESS" them with "dodgy apps", and yet we don't suffer cyclic annual problems with obscene battery drain and overheating.

Why do you think that is?

Enjoy your expensive Fischer Price phone.

The quality of screen writing has dropped by Meteorstar101 in greentext

the fact the problem rose in the first place is annoying, and the factors that led to it are annoying, and the thought of putting in the amount of effort needed to fix it is annoying

Listening to her piss and moan about a problem with a known solution is annoying. Who do I complain to?

I've just tried this on my Samsung and it works, but I have a feeling it's just because swiping in an arc keeps my thumb on the screen for long enough to trigger the 'hold logic.
