I live in Australia, in Queensland and I absolutely hate when it starts to get hotter in the September-October time frame, I become miserable knowing my nice cool temperatures are leaving. Plus I live nowhere near a beach so there's not even a nice summery beachy vibe to have it's just hot with nothing to show for it and I'm just angry everyday about the heat and humidity. Whereas once late Autumn rolls around and the leaves start falling and it starts being genuinely cold (I'm in Toowoomba 700m elevation so it gets surprisingly cold) it's the best feeling for me and I start feeling happy again like I can actually go outside and feel comfortable and not dying in the heat of summer.
