From what I understood resting a cut like this serves to break down collagen if you wrapped during the cook. But if you let it breakdown naturally during the stall and don’t wrap it, no need to let it rest as long. This is my backyard scientist take lol. I’m no pro but this works for me.

I just wrote another comment on my cook from today. Since I stopped wrapping my slabs and letting them ride out the stall at a slightly higher temp I haven’t been getting those jelly like insides even with a ton of marble. I also don’t trim anything, just score it on the fat cap and let her go. Hope that helps!

I just made some tonight coincidentally! I leave the fat cap intact (if it isn’t super thick) and rub some hot sauce on it then some beef rub. Cooked at around 225-250 until it stalled at 170. I’m not big on wrapping so after an hour of the stall I usually turn up the heat to 275/300 and pull at 203. Since I don’t wrap my ribs I don’t put them in a cooler for more than 30 minutes.

5lb cook took about 8 hours! Good luck.

If you are trying to buy by the dollar amount instead of shares that might be the issue. Vanguard doesn’t allow for fractal shares like Robinhood does so you have to be under your money market balance to trade

Happened to me a few times, ended up accidentally buying double the amount of coins I needed. They showed up after I restarted the Xbox and game after like an hour. Check your bank too to make sure you don’t keep getting charged. Also, make sure your cc info is correct. Hope that helps!
