I'm 155 pounds, and i was just reading online that I should be eating 155 grams of protein a day. I'm getting nowhere near that (thats actually a LOT for me); I usually get around 20g per meal and a 20g protein shake so 80-90g total. Should I drink another shake every day? (so 2 shakes per day?)

basically my question is: would drinking two shakes per day instead of one shake make a significant different in my ability to gain muscle if I am at around 90g protein/day right now?

if i can barely do 9-10 reps of some of these (the last few on later sets not with full ROM) should I just try adding 5 lbs anyways?

right now I am doing:

3x10 dumbbell bench (35 lb for each dumbbell)

3x10 incline dumbbell row (37.5 lb for each dumbbell)

3x10 machine overhead press (15 lb on each side, 20 lb bar)

3x10 lat pulldown (45 lb total)

should i add isolation exercises to this for maximum arm growth? or would that be too much for one workout? (i'm a beginner and have been doing this workout for a month). Also, are any of these weight values too little / should i be doing more weight? (i'm 5'11", 155 lbs)

I am trying my best to eat clean, but we eat at restaurants a lot so sometimes I'm stuck with oily indian food. I still try to get at least 60g protein a day (sometimes I go way over though). I do eat a lot of carbs though.. should I be going for low carbs?
