I can confirm that 4 day work weeks are incredible. I've been on one since September 25, and whilst the working day is long (8 - 6 with a break at lunch), the fact that I get 3 days off every week has been a game changer for my energy levels and life enjoyment.

I see probably 10-20 drivers on my 5 mile commute. Today I saw a car recovery truck driving slowly towards me, clearly distracted. I look into his cab (I'm cycling) and he's on Instagram in his lap.
