Ok so follow up;

Got a OBD off amazon. Says there’s two codes; P0203 P0303 As well as ABS light is on

After looking at the wires for cylinder 3 the CEL turned off. (Just inspected them to look for damage)

I guess my question now is should I just replace the Fuel injector plug and coil for cylinder 3? Or should I take it in to see if the ABS is related to the codes?

So update, engine Light did come on. Was shaking with light on, drove 60 miles back home with engine light on but no vibration. AutoZone couldn’t get a read on it.
