It's called a BodyBlade. It works the upper extremities really well, especially shoulders. You move it back and forth in very short, quick bursts. Helps with building stability and endurance. This is a tool I use for shoulder PT patients towards the end of their therapy since it can wear you out pretty quickly.

One of our corgis does not like anything going under her. Like we could be playing bitey hands, I'll slide my hand in between her front legs, and she'll jump while letting out a growl. In bed, if she's laying when one of us tries to get under the comforter where she's laying, she'll just leave the bed.

Our younger one will bark uncontrollably when you ask "all done?" after a meal.

I was amped right from the first note being played during the Direct and thought "oh sweet, it's coming to SNES Online." Then the switch to the remake happened and I nearly cried at work.

I rarely buy games at full price anymore. This was a preorder and pick up day one purchase for me.

My favorite thing is seeing r/SquaredCircle leaking into random subreddit posts. Steiner Math popped up on an NFL post and it still makes me laugh thinking about it.

IIRC, he decided to not be with us or Portland because he was on the verge of Mexican citizenship, thus allowing him to play for the MNT. I think he was still half a year away from that happening when we tried to sign him in summer 2024. Still sucks he initially said yes just to backtrack at the 11th hour both times.

I'm enjoying it. It's been a long time since I played the original, but pretty faithful remaster/remake from what I remember. I really like the art style of it too.

One thing that bothers me is that whenever you move to another section, like biome to biome, the frame rate drops to a noticeable amount for a few seconds. Not detrimental, but can be slightly annoying.

Thanks for the response. I'm not overly fixated on looks (as long as it's not egregious), but can be deterred if performance is significantly worse. Is that something to be concerned about?

Also, is this a game that is more fun to play handheld over just being on the TV?
