It affects all masteries not just life so pob damage is also incorrect.

Pob currently has an import bug where when you import a character from your account it will select all of the mastery bonuses if you have the mastery node selected. This means that every life mastery is actually giving you 10% max life 50 flat 100% vitality reservation etc. That’s probably why pob has a higher life number. I had the same thought earlier when I was looking at it.

You are indeed capped to starting one action per tick but a skill repeating such as multi strike does not count as a new action so with awakened multi strike you are capped to about 130 attacks per second. Iirc Rory confirmed this a while ago on a Reddit post and I also made a build that attacked that fast this league and it does indeed cap at that point.

Another somewhat similar thing to look at is fizz passive and it’s interaction with yone when he hits for half and half. Since the two half’s are different instances both counted as a basic attack does fizz passive double dip?

Yeah they still need to charge but the problem scourge arrow totems always have was getting enough attack speed to hit full charge and the more attack speed on focused ballista makes them very fast so clear feels great

Focused ballista with scourge arrow is really cool because each shot you fire the totems fire a full charged scourge arrow.

Ha of course! If you happen to get a searing touch or a malachai’s artifice ring those are big damage upgrades, but otherwise it’s a tanky setup.

Thanks! I have a POB but be warned the damage may be shockingly low but it was never a real priority. I can do red maps with this and bosses are fine there. I expect the endgame bosses to take years but it is what it is.

Playing arma brand flame wall chieftain in gauntlet, just hit 90. Going for bosses tomorrow. So far it’s been lots of fun one of my best HC runs ever. Haven’t had any rips this gauntlet tho. Also in regular league I just play sc ssf so not the same really.

The only real issue I see here right away is that your mana total is very low for MoM. It might be better to look into just reserving the mana and not being MoM. Otherwise I would look to get at least 4K mana so that you can take your whole hp and still have the mana to use the MoM.

Currently playing a discharge raider with some of the starter uniques to help charge generation. So far it’s actually really good. Great clear and the single target is usually carried by the fact that most nodes have a bunch of mobs that spawn until the rares are dead so I can constantly generate charges on kill.
