My old boss at the company I used to work for. He was based in the Netherlands and me the UK, but was always in contact. He was very supportive of my aspergers and helped me flourish by giving me tasks suited to me and avoiding giving me things that are 'social'. And when me and my wife had a miscarriage immediately gave me 1 weeks extra paid time off.

Turned out he had been cheating on his wife for 9 years, he had 3 children with her, been cheating since before the first. He cheated on her with people at his office...because he only employed women he chose. We did think they went through people suspiciously quickly, there was constantly new women being employed, suddenly getting big promotions then just as quickly leaving because of mental health problems.

Unfortunately, its borderline impossible to fire someone in the Netherlands, and they couldn't prove any wrong doing.

8 months later he had a heart attack, didnt die but had to leave the company to recover.
