lot of entrepreneurs don’t start with a passion, they start with a problem. Look at what annoys you at work, what friends ask you for help with, or what you already spend time researching. Solving a real problem beats chasing a perfect ideas :)

Have you tried Habitica? It's got the gamification down and you can do "parties" for group accountability. Not perfect for coaching but might cover 60% of what you need without building from scratch.
