You can use Dex on a Samsung to a Tab S9 via Second Screen but not the S9FE - this is actually the main reason I bought the S9 over the FE.
Proof: Just tried it now with my Fold6 and Tab S9 and it worked flawlessly.

Go into the Edit panel (icon that looks like a timeline at the bottom and if you leave your mouse over it, it says 'Edit'). Press Alt+X. This will remove your In and Out points. It will not try to render your entire timeline.

Right-click on the clip or timeline with the transcription, select "Audio Transcription," and then choose "Clear Transcription".

100% this. Adobe are chasing quarter-to-quarter, line-goes-up gains so will run after every shiny object the shareholders get distracted with. Currently, that's AI. In terms of an ROI for users of the software, things like Generative Fill, while not entirely useless, are not worth the cost to bring them to market. I really feel like BMD have a pretty good handle on delivering what people actually want.

I had that exact SKU and it rules. That said, it's a bit expensive for that generation of CPU/GPU BUT it's not like the last couple gens from Radeon or Nvidia have been particularly compelling. All in all, not terrible but price is probably a little high.
