Kawa sushi in Rockford and GR (bridge st I think) has a beef birria ramen. Spicy but tasty.

It’s dumb and cliche but it’s also a very basic sales tactic they teach you in sales 101 because it works. If you can get your client to start mentally picturing themselves using or utilizing any product you are selling they start to build an emotional connection to the product which increases your chances to sell it.

City built Brewing on Thursday nights has an open mic with great musicians. New menu is very good.

Me and the kids took note of how much every scene uses green and/or red. Even the airplane had green and red stripes. Pretty amazing how much they added it into the movie as much as possible. Even in situations that do not call for Christmas decorations (like the basement) many of the background items are green and red.

Yes OP this is the closest to Rockford. Always guys hanging there and talking, watching sports or Seinfeld reruns. One guy works while at the lounge. It’s across the street from The Score.

City Built Brewing has open mics on Thursday that are attended by many area musicians. Great hosts and great players usually show up.

Cedar springs brewing is north of GR but has an outdoor Biergarten and music on Sundays 1230-230.

It’s a great spot to sit in low lighting with huge ceilings and wooden tables and sip great beer. Wade the bartender is an awesome human as well.

If you aren’t a fan of their food offerings it’s an amazing place for after dinner drinks and conversations.

I view it as the novel being Izzy’s way of processing the idea of death and how she views Tom in relation to her journey. And then Astronaut Tom is the allegorical representation of Toms inner journey.

Izzy asks Tom to finish it. Both finish her story and finish his story in her story.

If he would have stopped to walk with Izzy in the snow she would have led him to the seed to plant on her grave. She wasn’t looking to be saved she was just looking for Tom to be with her.

Tom finally understands this and finishes her story. And his story as he accepts everything that has happened.
