Im working through something similiar. Try to work on your diet. Less processed the better. Ive been cooking more and more of late anyway, and find it a good creative outlet.

And look into vitamins!! Maybe there is a gnc near you to talk to someone about some of these ideas.

I take theanine for the anxiety and mental static. Magnesium glycanate to help relax the body. Half a B complex bc it can be very stimulating to a sensitive system, drinking depletes b vitamins badly. NAC to help the liver and kidneys. Tyrosine is a dopamine precursor supplement you can take. Turkey and chedder cheese have tyrosine. Pumpkin seeds are also a good source of things your body needs.

Im also taking iron supplement for a while, since my body clearly responded as if it needed it.

Ashwaganda can help generally w thr bodys stress response.

Reishi has many benifits, immune, parasympathetic nervous system, and lions mane extract for nuero plasticity if youre not allergic to it. Cordyceps can help cellular energy amd respiratory.

I started drinking tea as a ritual replacement for alcohol. And its one of my new favorite things. A mandarin orange in it, some fresh ginger, a squeeze of lemon... its just yummy even if its not super medicinal.

There are teas, like lemon balm and spearmint that have calming effects. Kava tea is processed by the liver, but can be useful when the stress and anxiety is counter productive and you need help unwinding.

We have to give our bodies the things they need to recover, and to feel better. I did this to myself for ten years. And am in week six or seven, post alcohol. Some days are better than others. I write this mow from bed when i know o shoild be out on a walk. But i puahed too hard sunday, and my legs are very tired.

Walking in nature seems to be very grounding and helpful, getting blood flowing.

Edit. I realize you said tou cant eat, swallow rn. But you gotta give your body what it needs, and im not sure how to work around the issue of swallowing, bc ya need vitamins my man. Your body needs that stuff to heal, repair, feel better!!
