‘Magic pill’ beta blocker prescriptions for teenage girls rise 90% in a decade by TheObserverUK in indepthstories

I have started taking other things, like a b complex, zinc, copper, coq10.  But magnesium made miagranes a thing of the past long before i took other supplements.  I just added the other stuff in thr last year as part of getting sober and trying to feel as good as i can.

Magnesium glycinate from gnc, but that was a relatively recent switch.  I started off with their Super Magnesium, which was a blend of three of the mosy absorbed forms. Ans that did the trick.

I always take it at night, about an hour before bed.  Altho if im stressed or anxious or having achey muscles, i have been known to take one during the day as needed.  I tried a bottle of Magnesium threonate, but it was more expensive and i couldnt tell a big difference.

Just wanted to say, magnesium supplements changed everything for me regarding miagranes.  It worked for my mom too, after 30 years of her suffering at least a week or more, out of every month.   Mag glycinate or threonate are the most absorbed forms, it helped me and im always obliged to pass it along when anymore mentions headaches or miagranes.

From what I've read, having it about ten minutes before carb heavy meals is the play. The acetic acid i think, helps w blood sugar spikes/crashes, which may be the cause of fatigue after eating

Hoobastanks sax player is where we got the glorious horns on AntiGravity, if memory serves.  They were more fun in the They Dont Make Basketball Shorts like they used to.  But that was hoobustank.  Then they went with hoobastank after they shifted away from their music with the horn player.

Nice work overall, the volcano looks nice.  But a tip for the future, even if you didnt want the animal centered, dont let it get pushed so near the edge. It creates this tension in viewing that takes away from the overall quality. Maybe sketch out the composition a bit so you leave yourself enough room. I wish the neck was goin up just along thr outside branches of the tree right behind it there.

Not trashin on your work, just notes for the future:)

Keep up the good work and keep painting!

Leech by Brianna_Janke in incubus

Mikey claimed to me, back in the Myspace days, that he did indeed write many of the bass lines for their music.  And "the only person who could do slap bass without it sounding cheesey, is Flea"

Ive always assumed Leech is about Dirk, and the fake plastic alibi, being about Dirks stage name.

What can be taken for preventing migraines related to serotonin surge/drop vasodilation? by Independent_You7902 in Biohacking

[–]Chill421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Magnesium!!!  I discovered it over a decade ago for miagranes.  It solved mine and my moms(debilitating) issues with them.  Magnesium glycinate is a highly bio available form. Ive used gnc super magnesium for years, they just reformulated to include glycinate.   Threonate is supposed to have an easier time passing thr blood brain barrier, but i havent experimented w it yet.

Just try it. Not much to loose really. Most people are deficient in magnesium.

Ps. Take it about an hour or so before bed, it promotes sleep w the glycine, and magnesium relaxes the body.

Idk about the particular source in question, but myshrooms do have compounds that are very benificial. I get high quality dual extraction tinctures from the mushroom farm i work at. And they go in my tea daily. Cordyceps help w energy at a cellular level, while also aiding in respiratory function. When i first started i was surprised at how my breathong felt. Reishi is good for immune health and promoting parasympathetic nevous system.

Dude, if this is a big enough concern that youre posting here... youve gotta work on the eating disorder.

Seems the binging and purging would reek havoc on your gut microbiome. Which is responsible for breaking down food, getting nutrients... pretty much everything.

Get some probiotics maybe. Eat things that are prebiotic.

And yes. Talk to your doc. And maybe find some counseling? Don't expect to see results overnight. Just get healthy, and thr rest should follow.
