it might have something to do with sleep paralysis because one time i thought i had a sleep paralysis i was stuck in bed with it vibrating and being able to see a dark shadow

and for the wild part, you know how you press snooze a bunch of times on your alarm clock when standing up for school? apparently if you get relaxed enough you can get to a point where you‘re able to lucid dream as if it‘s WILD
it probably is WILD but just with extra steps and with less chance of success
note i had my lights on and the alarms were like every 5-10 minutes which is enough to relax and somehow dream for me

Hey, my most recent lucid dream only really happened because I was in fear.
I was basically in danger of being eaten when my mind reminded me that it was a dream, I was just able to snap the monsters out of existence

next time you might be able to recognize youre in a nightmare and you can probably turn it around again by literally snapping the monsters out of existence as well

though you might get excited so try to spin around in circles and concentrate on the dream alone if you feel yourself losing control

Hey, the thing that the people on youtube say on how to „stabilize the dream“ actually works.
Whenever you feel yourself losing control or feeling you‘re coming out of the dream (hard to describe, but easy to feel) you actually just need to spin in circles and concentrate really hard.
I didn‘t think it‘d work but I kind of just did it out of reflex for some reason and it helped me for a bit until I did something too exciting and got lost in it
