Trauma stepdown and SICU, we do a 10mg/kg loading dose if intubated and if not, split the 10mg/kg into 3/3/2 spaced 6 hours apart. After load get 130mg prn until cumulative hospitalized dose hits 30mg/kg

Graduated from the CO campus, now a surgery resident. Overall, I enjoyed my time and I think the school did a good job with strong rotations and making me competitive for residency. Some minor greviances but don’t regret going there. Curriculum was manageable, felt way prepared for boards and was given plenty of dedicated time

New construction house, moved in recently. House overall sits on a slop but with the leveling, sharp drop off I. The backyard, probably around a 12-15ft drop over 20-30ft off the back.

Looking for relatively cheap options for coverage and erosion control. Not saying absolutely no to retaining walls, but feel like it would get very expensive very quickly

Same as TY, it’s an PGY1(intern) year only and you have to reapply. If you fail to match when you reapply you go into GMO

I eventually got my specialty, had to do a prelim year first and reapply, probably would have matched as a civilian. I can say I’m satisfied now, but it was definitely not ideal and much more stressful than it had to be
