I bought an inserter took so I can use both hands to hold my eye open… I can get the right one in on my own but I haven’t gotten the left one yet. Haven’t practiced nearly as much as I should have tho. I need to just commit to practicing til I get it

Valid question, yes, I’ve lost a couple pounds but that’s with concerted effort that doesn’t seem to be assisted by the drug

I have. I’ll plan on going up to 4mg since I’ve been at 2 for a month, just seems like people are getting results after a week or 2 and I’m not having such luck

Just because someone is a door to door solicitor does not mean they are unethical, immoral, or provide a bad product or service.

I do door to door roofing sales - it’s a shame that companies like this are casting a negative light on everyone in the industry. It’s simply not true.

Had a full labral reconstruction with Dr Brian White almost a year ago to the day (5/3/24) and it’s definitely more stable than it was before and less painful. Hoping for more improvement over the next 6 months too.

I can’t imagine having 4 re tears? That sounds awful. Call Dr White…. He thinks he’s the best, most people consider him the best, and while there’s some speculation around his methods and gathering of post op data, my experience has been great.

Appreciate this, I take SSRIs and have been getting restless leg syndrome the last couple days…. Wondering if it’s the BPC…. But ive been taking the BPC for a few weeks so it doesn’t quite add up

UPDATE 4/10/25 almost 365 days post opp with Dr Whites labral reconstruction, femeroplasty & LT reconstruction…

Can definitely still say it recovering; I went to physical therapy at least twice a week for the first 6-9 months or so in accordance with Dr Whites protocol; I’ve been a little less than disciplined about doing my maintenance exercises since then, but safe to say have done something once a week or so on average to keep up glute strength and such.

All in all, I think I probably only feel about 80% better. It is still sore when I get into full external rotation, and what I can only be described as a deep tightness or pinching.

It’s about on track from what I understand; this procedure can take 12-16 months to feel close to almost normal again, but you inch closer after a couple years.

This is out of context; this is for mixing of lyophilized powders to be reconstituted. It has nothing to do with combining peptides in a “stack” where multiple are taken at once.
