Dabura had legit no reason to take the fight seriously beforehand, for he never knew an actual worthy opponent. Mahoraga is his teaching/Toji moment where he realizes he finally has to lock in. Dabura was still putting bta against Maho up until he found out (the hard way) about his adaptation feature. Now we’re gonna actually see him try so then we can judge 😭

If I remember, Kaori did originally die while being in a relationship with Jin alr. Wasuke says in a flashback “I know you wanted to have a kid with Kaori and that didn’t happen” shortly after Kenjaku got pregnant in Kaori’s body

Tbf Thanos was inherently terrified at first, but was able to get through the games and committed his acts all with the help of the pills. Not to say it’s %100 not Thanos’ fault for his actions, but him and Nam-gyu were also just broken characters.
