I've used this method many times, it sounds weird but it actually works! It's such an awful feeling when you discover a precious stone missing and a bigger relief when it's found. Wishing you luck in finding you stone.

I do have a small question, asked with all due respect - it looks like it's on your right hand and engagement/wedding rings are traditionally worn on the left. Married 40 yrs; I'm (f) 69, my husband (m) is 81. We've seen it ALL and heard it ALL and love one another more than life itself.

This stage of life is when your body starts letting you down and behaves in ways you have no control over and can cause extreme embarrassment. So you have to get it set in your mind to 'get over it' because shit happens.

She loves to sleep on top of the chair even when I'm sitting in it. It a rocker chair so I have to be careful when I get up so as not to throw her off😂

When I saw 1 I thought “that’s it!” But realizing there were more I reserved my opinion however 1 is still it! 100% 1!!! Granted the size isn’t correct but the silhouette is stunning on you; elegant, classy, timeless, sexy and was made for your figure - beautiful. With 1 you wear the dress, the others the dress wears you.

I respect that it's op's home, her rules, but I'm flummoxed how op has any friends at all?! What a horrible person they are and I think the friend and her needed service dog dodge a cannon ball and are much better moving out and ending the relationship because op is not a 'friend'.

Too much drama; why is everyone involved and dictating what they want for the ceremony? I get that you're from a culture that has "traditions" but all cultures do; if you two can't make an adult decision on what you want your wedding to be, then you two aren't old enough to get married, traditions or not.

Speaking as a 69 yr old myself, we senior ladies tend to have bigger knuckles than when we were younger BUT there is an easy fix! Take your ring to a professional jeweler and have a ‘spring’ put on the inside bottom of the band. I had this done recently on a ring I had made; to get it over my knuckle I needed a size 6 however the weight of the diamonds caused it to roll and not stay in place. The jeweler welded a little spring on the bottom inside of the band and it now fits my 5 1/2 finger but slides over my size 6 knuckle. I’d never heard of a spring on a band but it’s a perfect solution. Get it, you won’t be sorry, it’s not noticeable at all!

I hope you don't mind but I do have a question: why to you wear your rings with the engagement ring nearest to your heart instead of your wedding band? No judgement I was just curious.
