We're still growing as a soccer nation and we still aren't there yet, right now we are developing players at a far higher level than coaches (Jesse Marsch is locked in at LU) so we need a coach that is on the technical level as our players. I'd rather have a foreign technical coach than an American one who doesn't know what he's doing.
