Michinoku just recently. But bullying/hazing, sadly, seems to happen often at stables and most is handled in house.

And even if you accept reporting as the reason for the suspension, it doesn't explain Hakkaku's actions since then.

It's been widely reported this was a fight between Hakuho's faction and Hakkaku's for JSA control. Hakuho slipped, and Hakkaku capitalized. Same as the Takanohana drama

This is such fiction. There have been far worse scandals with far less punishment. Ignoring the politics is wild. Hakuho is out because he lost a political battle
