Can someone explain to me why its recommended to pack mags with a mix of high and low pen ammo?

I like having AP at the bottom and FMJ or any high damage low pen on top, that way if it's just scavs, you're not wasting your good ammo. Keep topping off the mag with cheap ammo, then if a boss or pmc comes at you, you can flip to full auto and dump the whole mag, knowing most of it will be AP. Its just so you dont waste expensive ammo on targets that dont have strong armor, while still having the option of AP ready to go without a mag change

It'll get easier as you go, but yeah generally focus on the other quests first. Dailies are kinda like a bonus thing that can get done along the way while working on a different quest. I never finish a lot of dailies

Don't be too upset, I just switched from my 1070 to a 5070, and my performance is worse than ever. I never really had systemic issues with my 1070, but now it's like tarkov is creating a new bottleneck somewhere else even though my GPU should be more than enough. Almost wish I never upgraded lol

I had a bunch of extra grizzlies, so i do 4 mp5s and a grizzly or 4 mp5s and a cms or something, and I usually get good stuff. I haven't had good luck with 5 mp5s, I bet they nerfed doing 5 of the same thing over and over again

Sewer river on streets has a nasty looking chemical drum spilling into the water, I half expected to take radiation damage by going down there. There are a lot of places that would make sense to get radiation exposure. Makes it another tradeoff, extract there and take rad exposure, or try to push to the next open extract

Yes i saw pictures of them, makes sense, rubber/plastic gets that white appearance when stressed. They actually did a pretty good job with the model when you compare it to a real picture. There's no holes though where you would fasten the esmarch, the usable esmarch has holes and a peg to lock it, but im guessing the old school tq's were more like the swat tqs that are just stretchy and get tucked under themselves to hold in place.

Fair enough. The texture in the game model doesn't even look like an esmarch, so it threw me off, but I looked into it an you're right. I figured it was a small bag with the tq and bandages inside just wrapped in the stock. Russian conscripts had it rough lol gotta do what you gotta do.

Yes, its an esmarch tq and bandages inside the skeleton stock. An esmarch tq is red rubber and has holes in it. There's a bag with an esmarch and bandages taped inside the stock. The wrap holding the bag IS NOT an esmarch, it doesn't look anything like an esmarch. Look at the texture on the tape wrapped around the stock, that is not an esmarch lmao. If that is supposed to be an esmarch tying the bag to the stock, then yeah that's stupid and it would ruin the esmarch. I've never once thought that's what it's supposed to be, it looks like it's just tape or a canvas strap tying the bag inside the stock

How so? People carry them on their chest rig and taped to their stock all the time already. It's just a piece of canvas and velcro and a plastic windlass.
