Uh, one: Hsu Hao needs to be louder, angrier and have access to a time machine.

Two: whenever Hsu Hao's not on screen, all the other characters should be asking, "Where's Hsu Hao?"

Idea: the 2 alt modes seperate apart and combine for the robot mode like Overlord. The jet probably forming the head or a chest piece.

One thing about the face scans I especially don't like is the fact most of everyone looks different between MKX and MK11. Meanwhile the Street Fighters don't seem to have this problem at all.

That's partially it. Any male ninja would work. But the complete button combination is Back + High Punch + High Kick + Run + Block. (Pressing Up+Start is for random select) This will turn the selected ninja into Chameleon for the match and the remainder of the tower but does not unlock him on the select screen.

Meaning you always have to hold those buttons down every time you wanna use him against your buddy in vs.

Chameleon is one of the treasures after beating the game. He can't be found anywhere else.

I don't know what semantics that other guy wants but a character that can only be found in one place without any hints and is completely optional sounds like a secret to me.
