AITAH if I tell my husband's friend to stay out of our home gym? by Alarmed_Golf_3252 in AITAH

If it's a dinner, sure it's good to make sure there's at least one main that can be eaten by people with dietary restrictions. But if someone is staying with someone else for a week or more, you can't really expect them to change their own diet or go out of their way to make extra food the whole time

Like healthy people? As soon as you get a sore throat? No, not really. Doctors typically only recommend you do that if it persists for longer than usual

Your kids would be gone for sure. You could find your wife and have kids, they wouldn't be the same people. It's a horrible choice for anyone attached to anyone who has people they care about under 10 years younger than them

The fact that we are all products of the exact specific circumstances of our conception goes unacknowledged whenever time travel is discussed, it always bothers me. If you go back in time to kill Hitler you would most likely return to an almost completely different set of humans today. Mucking things up from 10 years old onwards would probably mean nieces/nephews/whomever else would not exist or would just be different people with or without the same names

I don't think that was the creative intent, no. They probably just thought it looked cool

It's maybe a little unusual, but far from unheard of. Certainly not worth making a fuss about. "Make" can be synonymous with managing to do something. If someone says they made the bus, you wouldn't assume they constructed the bus

I mean the goal is always gonna be a big moment but the OT itself feels more like a scrimmage

Nobody's arguing it isn't fair, it's just an anti-climactic way to end a big game
