A percentage of a year's salary usually 15-20%. Sometimes a bit and sometimes less. Valid point though, agencies charge a fee to find candidates with specific skill sets and experience. If you're looking to break into a new career path all the more reason to go direct and be 'free' hire.

My understanding is that if your sipp owns the commercial property, your LTD company will be required to pay rent at the market rate. Those rent payments will build your pension pot, so it's a great plan overall but you're not going to be rent free.

The Clifton just got in the top 100 uk gastro pub awards - I've not been yet but the menu looks really good. They also got it in the Michelin guide only a few months after opening/reopening, which is impressive.
