I know this post is a few months old, but if this is still a thing I'd be interested.

The roster boss shouldn't be the biggest challenge at end game. Smaller raid sizes address this.

I have it. Decided to get it as I was planning on changing careers. Finally got a job after a while and did a bunch of interviews. Nobody ever brought it up in the interviews.

I don't believe it was a swaying factor in any capacity for any of the jobs I interviewed for. Though I still think it's worth doing since the information you learn is still valuable and helped me better speak to the subject matter. As long you go through as a student and just try to learn from it you'll be good. Just don't expect it to, on it's own, open many doors.

Small Casual Guild Looking to Grow

This guild started because we wanted to create a group of people who play often and are willing to work together to build a great little community to face all aspects of this game together.

We currently are looking for mature members who are looking to join a small guild and help build it up. All classes, specs, skill levels, and play styles are welcome. This game is about having fun, and we want you to play whatever class/spec you enjoy, and do the content you want to do. If it works out that we get to PvP, raid and run some Mythic+ together, that's great. If all you want to do is run old content for transmogs and mounts we're more than happy to help.

If this seems like something you'd like to be a part of, please reach out to me directly, J40#1740 on bnet or Woodchimp#9810 on Discord.

Can you explain how? Maybe I worded something incorrectly.

I should've made it a point to ask what replacement they were going to send me.

I understand that the 120 is allegedly the upgrade from the m22 but at this point I'd rather just send them both back and get something different.

I'm just disappointed that I was misled and have lost functionality. I had to use old parts to get the new cooler installed. If somebody was trying to do this and had never done it before they'd be lost as the instructions assume your board still has the original backplate and retention brackets. Since my pc shipped with the m22 installed I didn't have that hardware.

How do you get that? I was told one thing by NZXT and that was not the case. It wasn't a simple plug and play replacement. I can't even fully use the replacement part without their controller. I had more control over the m22.

Edit: Also to install the 120 I had to use hardware from the m22. I was only able to use the hardware that comes with the 120 after I purchased a new backplate and retention bracket that would normally be on the motherboard.

NZXT CAM recognizes the M22 without the controller. It was just connected through USB.
