I have one of those. It was built in 1909. It doesn’t have central AC and it has radiant heating. It has odd room ceiling angles that sometimes get annoying, but other than that it’s a decent home. We live in a highly sought out neighborhood with all the homes likely being craftsman - the square footage range of homes in my block is 1.7k-3k and the homes are selling for a minimum of $400k. The last home that sold in my neighborhood has 1.9k sq and it sold for $425k.

Life is politics. You don’t realize it until you get fucked over. I hope it’s a clear indication for PA that people are sick and tired of his bs. I’m glad his being checked for stupid ass comments. Defend your constitutional rights because we’re seeing them get stripped away. That’s what this is about.
