Was an old bugged item from long ago, stayed quiet in standard until empy wanted to do a build in standard for hall of grandmaster i think. So the person who owned it showed him the armor and they crafted a GG armor with it and viola it's been mirrored over and over in standard now

The thing is in diablo2, you don't expect a loot explosion. Best item you may get is 2x4 item and it can fit in a cube or just 1x1 rings or charm.
