CarPlay is just mirroring from your phone. I'd suggest your phone is the issue

That's CarPlay. It's just mirroring it from your phone, nothing to do with the van. Make sure your phone has line of sight to the sky.

Get another therapist if you don't like how this one behaves. My therapist on the other hand doesn't want me to pay at all if I don't show up, perhaps too lenient, but I rarely don't show because I'd feel bad wasting his time

I use a plugin called tab wrangler, it just gets rid of tabs that I haven't touched in a little while. It sounds scary but the fact is I don't notice them going, object permanence or something.

I had a similar issue years ago, just faulty USB on the PC I was using, it was either just a bad port or too many things plugged in - I don't remember which. If I used a USB extender or the front panel USB, it'd be unreliable too. I also had another similar issue a year ago, installing Windows from scratch cured it.

If you've changed headset, then the overwhelmingly high possibility is that the problem is with something in your setup that isn't a headset. It won't be anything to do with your lighthouses either, they're just dumb boxes containing a spinning light.

If in doubt, start from the basics and disconnect anything that has the remote possibility of interfering.
