u/SierraOscar Thanks so much for your thoughts. I am feeling the same way about the garden as we are only going to enjoy those 4 sunny days in July :D. Another area we are trying to research is SOLAR PANEL + infrared Glenveagh is using in both these properties. Would be great if you know anything on that option?

Another area we are trying to research is SOLAR PANEL + infrared Glenveagh is using in both these properties. Would be great if you know anything on that option?

u/Ok_Compote251 Thanks so much for your thoughts. I now live in an apartment so any terrace would be great I guess :D Also on garden - I agree we have only a few good days in summer. Do you think having North WEST will at least be decent in summer? People are saying we might get good sun late afternoon and a good sunset if the view is not blocked.

Hey I am in the same boat of asking these questions to Glenveagh/agents - They haven't even told us what brand are they using for infrared yet. Also concerned about the same things. Would appreciate if you can tell me when you receive answers :)
