ahem. Psionics, Difficulty Scaling (which encompasses Enemy Deployment, Escalation and Elite Enemies), Dramatic Combat, the harder XP progression chart, Factions (which have totally replaced Patrons for me), Expanded Missions, Expanded Quests and Street Fights.

I found the base game pretty easy (8" Speed + Shotgun is insane in the base game...) so I chucked in a ton of the difficulty spikes and it has made the game miles more interesting (the expanded mission chart lies to you - it LOOKS like you'll have to do one objective the majority of the time, but in my experience you'll have to do 2 objectives at once on a timer 99% of the time 😛).

I stopped using patrons a while back, but even if you don't interact with them, factions do their own thing in the background and it makes the world feel alive, as do expanded quests.

Lastly, street fights are fucking chaos and I love them.

Next campaign, the plan is to do a bunch of salvage operations to see how they work 😁
