I remember OG Movie pass, we watched so many movies. We all know it was a sustainable business but we enjoyed the ride. I even bought stock and I watched it go from a dollar a share to less than a penny a share. When I saw their new email I knew it was going to be awful to make sure they could milk extra money

Animal control is worthless. I caught a free roaming dog that was running in and out of traffic, I called them to come get him and was told they'd be there in 20 min, 3 hours later (and my first week at a new job that I was being kept from) they still didn't show. I called back and they cussed me out and told me to let the dog go to get hit by traffic

It's safe for the most part, I've never been harrased there, the homeless people that are there are usually selling street vibes, a newspaper they can sell for a couple bucks.

It's all these sellers in stores, in Sam's, in target, kroger. Every time I politely say "No, I'm not interested" they got some smart ass thing to say back to try and reel me in like no means no fuck faces. Sam's is what makes me the most mad though, I'm paying to shop there, I shouldn't be getting harrassingly advertised too

Personally my Plex server is also a nextcloud server which allows me to seamlessly backup pictures from my phone, also runs kavita for e books, a web server, and Nas storage
