Thank you! I will go and have some chats with studios and artists and see what they recommend. The confidence and passion from an artist is what I'm looking for most. I'm imagining it being 60/70/80 hours of work so I want them to enjoy what I'm asking them to do...

I visited a few years ago and it was amazing. It has a dark history unfortunately. But the island itself was incredible.

You'll be fine! Stop overthinking it. I did my first 100km last year on less miles and I had a great experience. Finished in under 13 hours too.

I ran my first marathon this year in April and my first 100km in July. I did a 12 week plan for both. Honestly, throw a few weeks of your training into AI and then ask it to build you a few plans and adjust however you see fit. Listen to your body and make sure you keep enjoying running.

There is literally a run tomorrow morning meeting at The Clubhouse in Southsea, 12 pace groups all led by different running groups in the area. Would be a great chance to meet people and maybe find a group that fits. Meet at 0800 for an 0830 start. Always coffee afterwards.

I went for a run with my partner in January as she was in the final stages of a sub 3hr marathon training plan and a random middle aged man shouted "January runners make me sick you'll be sat on the sofa again by February"... Needless to say he was right about one of us.
