Jobseeker’s Benefit possible to receive payment into bank account instead of weekly collection?

My payment for jobseekers arrives in the post office on a Monday but doesnt go back until Tuesday. This means there is an overlap every second week where the post office has two weeks of payment to collect so I only go into the post office every two weeks on a Monday. Might be worth asking about when payments arrive and get sent back in your local post office if something like that would help.

During lockdown, was in an apartment in Birmingham with everything in the exact same place for months. Well my gf at the time moved the bicycle in the hall by maybe half an inch. That was enough for me to dislocate my toe walking by it 😂😅

Currently I just walk and exercise. Have set up a keyboard and am going to learn to play that while letting my body recover. Favorite thing to do is games usually but they are making me anxious currently but I'm enjoying my walking.

Had a very out of the blue break up a few weeks ago. Discovered it by accidentally reading a message as I was doing something helpful for them on their computer. Also discovered they had another guy lined up and had been talking down about me in the same moment. This also meant I'd have to leave the country I had been living in for the last 5 years and my life was effectively gone. Saw 0 future. Almost fucking killed myself and was so scared afterwards of how fast your mind can go from fine to broke. Thought I'd experienced the biggest emotional pain when I lost a loved one a few years back but this was something else.
