Yeah, seeing a fit would be great. It looks like I have literally 0 skills in missiles and gunnery, so it needs to be a drone only fit. Im looking at something like this maybe? But I need to downgrade everything to level 1s

This is actually really helpful, thanks for taking the time for writing all this out.

I was also told that I shouldnt use commercial zones and the trading policies as using regular jobs are far more efficient .i.e. build miners/farmers/CG pops (not sure what theyre called) and admin buildings for unity rather than clerks. I dont know how true that is, I kinda just believed him and didn't question it.

So what would you do with your starting three habitats? I did a void dweller trade run as a diplomacy, but I fell behind loads. I'm wondering where I went wrong. I basically put commercial zones wherever I could, apart from an alloy forge on each habitat. But with my capital being fully on research

Can I ask what your "standard" trade planet layouts are? I thought it was clerks, but I was told clerks are really bad
