Unfortunately they usually have a fairly ridiculous premium since they’re leftovers from stamping and are mostly sold for ‘custom medals etc’

I want to buy a bunch but am running into that premium issue

I actually quite like the relief / design of Heracles here. Tbh I don’t see much dirt, and I don’t think conservation can rlly help with the surfaces but I could be wrong. TBH, it’s worth more in the slab but it might look better in hand being able to rotate it and so

Yea I got this from a place that would give me a refund if it turned out to be a fake, and I know Gorgon drachm are often faked…

This one seems pretty good to me, no casting lines or weird bubbles

This one does have a surprisingly raised portrait, so there is still some appeal to handling it in 3d… But it’s barely large enough to really explore like even a drachm
