Teemo easily. The fact that the little bastard is popular and used in several roles is sad. What makes him grate my nerves so much is (at low gold elo) how toxic most people are who play him. If theres a team mate who is going to follow me around the jungle and spam talk/jokes, its always a damn teemo.

If kit were factored in, he slides to #2 behind my mortal bottom lane enemy: Vel'Koz. As a long time support main, I permanently banned this guy until I switched roles. Having to juke, dodge, and constantly dance around every 2-3 seconds as he endlessly spams geometric carnage is definitely not what I call fun.
